Food supplement in powder, containing micronized creatine monohydrate with magnesium and vitamin B6. With sweeteners. Very Cherry flavour. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine). Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The product is intended for adults performing high intensity exercise.
Composition
Ingredients: micronized creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavourings, magnesium oxide – magnesium, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6.
Manufactured on a production site that uses derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs.

Application
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The product is intended for adults performing high intensity exercise.
Recommended use: take 1 portion a day before or after the training; 1 portion any time on days without training. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (4,1 g of powder = 1½ scoops) in 100 ml of water, use a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume directly after preparation. An increase in weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young people. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.
