Food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets with micronized creatine monohydrate and mineral ingredients (electrolytes). With sweeteners. Mango Orange fusion flavour.
1 Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine). Potassium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
Composition
Ingredients: micronized creatine monohydrate, sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator – citric acid; bulking agent – sorbitols; potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium salts of citric acid, calcium carbonate, stabiliser – polyethylene glycol; magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride, flavourings, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose.

Application
The product is intended for adults performing high intensity exercise.
Recommended use: 1 tablet a day. 2 Dissolve one tablet in 200 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. An increase of weight may happen. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
