Olimp Carbonox – food supplement in powder. With sugars and sweetener. A composition of properly selected carbohydrates with differentiated particle size: maltodextrins, glucose and isomaltulose**, enriched with a complex of minerals, vitamins and L-arginine. L-arginine is an amino acid, which plays role in creating active biological nutrients such as nitric oxide (NO). 2Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/ or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/ or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Application
The product is intended for adults with high intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise.
Recommended use: take 2-4 portions a day, depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (50 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 100 ml1 of water use a shaker for at least 10 second. Drink approx. 30 min. before or just after training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Not suitable for diabetics.
Unopened, kept in a dry and cool place. Keep out of reach of children.
1To adjust the taste intensity to individual preferences dissolve in 100-200 ml of water.
