Ingredients: taurine, beta-alanine, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, caffeine anhydrous, Korean Panax ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer), guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth., 50% caffeine), anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, capsule – gelatine.

Application

Olimp AMOK® is intended for adult, physically active sportsmen especially for combat fighters (e.g. Kick-boxing, MMA etc.) where high physical capacity is needed to become the winner. This product was created to use before the most exhausting training, competition and during intensified exercises (on training camp).

Recommended use: 1 capsule two times a day approximately 30 minutes before planned physical activity. Drinking with a large amount of water. 

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: Olimp AMOK® contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 150 mg/ 1 capsule, 300 mg/ 2 capsules). Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g.: other  food supplements, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. The product also should not be taken during breastfeeding and by persons with heart conditions or hypertension. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep.
