In muscle tissues creatine is bound with phosphate to phosphocreatine. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine).

Application
The preparation is intended for physically active adults doing high intensity workout.
Recommended use: take 3 capsules a day during training or competition days, drinking with a large amount of water.
