CITRULLINE MALATE – food supplement in powder containing citrulline malate and vitamin B6. With sweeteners. Cooling sour lemonade flavour. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Scientific data: Supplementation of citrulline malate in the amount of 8 g in the barbell bench press test increased the number of repetitions in a set and reduced muscle soreness after 24 and 48 hours1.

Application
The product is recommended for physically active people and athletes during endurance and strength training.
Recommended use: take 1 portion a day, about 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (9 g of powder = 3 scoops) to 300 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.
