Kate Cummins  is an IFBB Wellness Pro athlete from Ireland, a certified personal trainer, and the co-founder of Team Accomplish. She specializes in women’s physique coaching, competition preparation, and body transformations. As the first Irish athlete to earn an IFBB Pro Card in the Wellness division, she has established herself as a respected figure in the fitness industry. On her social media, she shares training tips, nutrition advice, competition updates, and motivational content, inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals.
