Ingredients: beta-alanine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, flavourings, sodium citrate, creatine malate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (calcium phosphate), anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; L-tyrosine, colour: E 150d (for raging cola flavour); acidity regulators – citric acid, malic acid; caffeine, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; nicotinamide – niacin, Cayenne pepper fruit extract (Capsicum annuum L.), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.), thickeners – sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, acacia gum; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. Dosage

Recommended use: 1 portion a day – depending on the body weight following dosing is recommended: below 75 kg – 1 portion of 6 g, 75-90 kg – 1 portion of 12 g, over 90 kg – 1 portion of 18 g, about 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (6 g of powder = ½ scoop) to 100 ml of water. 12 g (1 scoop) and 18 g (1 and ½ scoop) portions should be dissolved in 200 ml and 300 ml, respectively.

Consume directly after preparation. An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young people. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: REDWEILER™ contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 portion (6 g), 200 mg/ 1 portion (12 g),
300 mg/ 1 portion (18 g)). The product is not to be used by women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to get pregnant, in case of circulatory system diseases (e.g. hypertension) or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Do not consume at the same time or on the same day other products containing caffeine (e.g. other food supplements, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Do not use in conjunction with alcohol. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after the consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health. Use one portion of the product (6 g) to prevent symptoms. In case of the occurrence of severe symptoms, especially malaise, anxiety and palpitations, which can occur when taking portions containing 300 mg caffeine (18 g) the product must be discontinued. Permissible sediment and lumping of a product does not affect quality of the product. Inside the package there is a moisture absorber, which should be left in the package – do not consume.
