Composition
Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate** (magnesium amino acid chelate), magnesium oxide, calcium bisglycinate** (calcium amino acid chelate), potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, zinc bisglycinate** (zinc amino acid chelate), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese bisglycinate** (manganese amino acid chelate), sodium selenite, ferrous bisglycinate** (iron amino acid chelate), copper bisglycinate** (copper amino acid chelate), chromium (III) chloride, potassium iodide, capsule (gelatine, colour: E 132).

Application
This product is designed for physically active people, especially for sportsmen.
Recommended use: take 1 capsule daily after main meal, drinking with large amount of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. The product is recommended to adults as a food supplement.
Warnings: not suitable for pregnant, breastfeeding women and children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not take together with mineral products containing the same ingredients, in particular zinc and manganese.
